The Sweat1000 Aqua Water Punching Bag is a great tool for all types of traditional striking giving very low swing by essentially absorbing the force within the bag itself. The water filling generates a very real sense of recoil and feeling that you would get from striking an opponent.

Specifications:

• 80L size, equivalent to SMAI Large size water punching bag
• Ships unfilled. To fill simply hang the bag, remove the valve with a Philips head screw driver and fill to weight with water and reinsert the screw plug to seal the Unit. Hose fitting would be recommended.
• Mounting chain is included, Ceiling mount hardware is not included.
• Must be mounted to structural fixing. We recommend consulting a builder or engineer to confirm appropriate fixing location.
