Usage Instructions:

1. Clean and dry the skin around the joint you want to support, ensuring it's free of oils, lotions, or sweat.
2. Apply an anchor strip of tape around the joint, making sure not to restrict circulation or movement. This strip will serve as the base for the support strips.
3. Apply support strips over the joint, following the natural contours of the body part. Overlap each strip by half its width to provide optimal support and stability. The number of support strips needed will depend on the joint and the level of support required.
